The tower crane QTZ160 is the new type hoisting transportation machinery elaborately designed and manufactured by our co***ny combining the demand of the construction market. It is the upper swing, self-lifting and all-purpose tower crane with horizontal arm braces and variable trolleys. The max. using length of the lift arm is 60m, and users can change it to 70m,55m 50m, 40m and 35m according to the construction locale. 1. It has extensive applicability. The working ambient temperature is ¨C30℃~+40℃. It can not only meet the demand of the general civil construction in the small city, but also meet the demand of the tall civil buildings in the middle and large sized cities. It can also be used for the dismantlement on the port or on the goods field as well as the construction of the tower architectures such as tall and large scan industrial workshops and lofty chimneys that are built in the application of the slip form.
2. Its installation and dismantlement are convenient. The hydraulic lift device is used to increase or reduce the standard sections of the tower body and change its height to adapt the need of the height change in the construction.
3. The lifting speed is Ħ°two fastness and one slownessĦħ. It has a good adjusting capability and a high efficiency, basically realizing low speed with heavy load and high speed with light load. The variable trolley device has two kinds of speed to meet the working need. The rotary device owns the locating rotating holding for the fix point lift operation.

The safety guard device is complete and dependent with the moment and the lifting weight limiters as well as the height, range and rotary limiting devices to ensure the safe operation of the tower crane.
